Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga (SUP YOGA), is one of the top trending activities in both the paddleboard and yoga worlds. A great mixture of fun and focus, that is designed for all skill levels. You will take a 15 minute paddle to a tucked away bay that provides a calm and serene environment. You will anchor your paddleboard in place, during the hour long class.
